Automotive components manufacturer located in southside Columbus, OH area is experiencing rapid growth and currently looking for highly motivated, dependable, hard working individuals.Applicants should have solid machining fundamentals and prior CNC programming background. The expertise to read blueprints and perform basic geometric calculations is essential. Applicants must also be proficient with standard measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, bore gages, etc. We are looking for self motivated, organized individuals that enjoy working in a high energy environment.Position Objective Accountable for producing dies, punches, and other tooling for press room production of product. Operates precision machines.Responsibilities Program CNC lathes Operate manual lathes, manual andor CNC mills, EDM, grinders, etc. Perform set-ups on machining equipment Perform preventive maintenance on machining equipment Maintain quality and safety standards Technical knowledge CNC Basic computer knowledgeSkillsQualifications3 years Background.
